Position Overview

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is actively seeking a dedicated A/R Specialist to join their team in Florida (Palm Beach). This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly and professional environment with many company perks.

Responsibilities

• Generating aging reports and managing the invoicing process.
• Applying payments and managing customer accounts efficiently.
• Reviewing contract terms and ensuring accuracy
• Processing payments and reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Preparing detailed accounting reports and making account adjustments as needed.
• Overseeing financial transactions and resolving any discrepancies.
• Maintaining confidentiality of customer information and verifying billing details.
• Handling records, tracking payments, and sorting billing statements.
• Assisting with light accounts payable and invoice processing tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• ERP experience preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
• Proficient in managing financial records and customer accounts.
• Experience with billing processes and payment reconciliation.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
